Kurt is everything you want in a trainer. Careful, Considerate, Calculated and Motivating. He's an expert in his field with years of experience and wisdom (and it's obvious when you get to work with him). Most importantly, he listens to you while training you to listen to your own body, which is a quality that more often than not gets overlooked by personal trainers; at least in my experiences. For me, working out isn't fun; but Kurt guides you along the way to feeling better and healthier...making it all worthwhile. I mean, the dude checks in on you throughout the week to see how you're doing! He truly cares! Kurt is an amazing trainer. I was skeptical at first since it was not in person, but 4 months later and 30 lbs lighter I am impressed. I can't speak more highly about Kurt. Finding the motivation to work out has always been a massive struggle for me. I probably haven't been able to get myself to work out on a weekly basis in over 15 years. But I was put in contact with Kurt during the start of the pandemic, and I couldn't be any happier. Kurt is always flexible with time, understanding and is super encouraging and motivating without putting any extra undue pressure. He checks in on his own about my diet and anytime I have any muscle pains or aches, he takes time from his schedule, even on weekends, o video chat and give my fiancé pointers on where to apply pressure and help ease the pain. It's incredibly that for someone like me who could never find time to workout, I've been working out with Kurt 3x a week for over 7 months now. Even got my fiancé to join. Hello everyone. It's easy to give a review to someone that you've worked with for 20 years and that has always been rocksolid in training you to be your best physically and even helping out and being your best mentally. We are all little bit different In our 40s in our 60s 4t. Kurt knows how to get you through all of those times safely with your maximum level of strength coordination and improvement. Over the years he's gotten deeply into the psychology of physical fitness, as well as understanding the anatomy and physiology of increased strength and flexibility. You really couldn't do better. In addition, I have seen Kurt train folks that were very out of shape and very overweight. When he was done, you couldn't recognize them. They had lost weight , and picked up the muscle that they needed. Kurt understands that diet plays a big role, and he'll coach you on that in addition to physical training. Can't say enough good things about this guy. Give him a try, I guarantee you, you will be happy.
